If your order has not yet been dispatched, you have the option to cancel and receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund once you have received confirmation of your order being dispatched.
In the unlikely event your product doesn't arrive or turns up damaged, we are happy to reship your order. However, due to regulations concerning our product sales, returns are not permitted.
